1. About Gentlemen’s Health
Gentlemen’s Health (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a private coordination and concierge service for men. We do not provide medical care or prescribe medication. Any medical advice, diagnosis, testing or treatment is provided solely by independent licensed healthcare professionals and clinics (“Telehealth Partners”) that we connect you with.
By using our website, assessment, or services (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for adult male clients located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter into these Terms.
3. No Medical Advice
Information on this site is for general information only and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions regarding a medical condition. Never ignore or delay professional advice because of something you read on this site.
4. Our Role and Limitations
We help you complete an intake, collect relevant information and coordinate an appointment with a Telehealth Partner. We do not control or guarantee the medical decisions, recommendations, prescriptions, or outcomes provided by any Telehealth Partner. Their professional judgment is their own.
5. Application Fee and Refunds
As part of the intake process, you may be asked to pay an application or assessment fee (for example, AED 370). This fee is used to cover review and coordination. If, after your consultation, the Telehealth Partner determines that no treatment is appropriate for you at this time, we will refund this application fee in accordance with our stated policy. Any fees for consultations, tests, medication or treatment are set and charged by the Telehealth Partner and/or payment processor, not by us.
6. Use of the Service
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information during assessment and communication.
- Not use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Your use of a payment provider may be subject to their own terms and privacy policy.
8. Privacy and Data
Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our handling of your information as described there.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, design, graphics, logo and layout, is owned or licensed by Gentlemen’s Health and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gentlemen’s Health and its owners, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as payment processors or Telehealth Partners). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
13. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update or change the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless local law requires otherwise.
